Pauline Amor grew up in Yorkshire where she studied art and needlework, making her own clothes from age 10 and as a teenager dabbled in every craft imaginable. She moved to Australia in 1976. Her passion is for textiles, especially brightly coloured silks and has taught silk basket making, bead embroidery and felting workshops in Sydney, Brisbane and locally, on the Sunshine Coast.
