WELCOME! The Rotary Club of Gympie has, for many years, been proudly presenting it’s prestigious biennial Quilt & Craft Spectacular, an increasingly significant and impactful regional event. Now attracting visitors, exhibitors and artisans from throughout South East Queensland and northern NSW – from the Gold Coast through Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast and north to Maryborough, Childers and Hervey Bay – the event is considered to be one of the largest quiters/ crafting events in South East Queensland. Coupling this event with the Rotary Club’s Ancient Crafts, Rare Trades Expo has put the icing on the cake.

The Gympie Rotary Quilt & Craft Spectacular is hosted alongside the Club’s Ancient Crafts, Rare Trades Expo – what a combination!

In conjunction with, and running alongside the Quilt & Craft Spectacular, the Rotary Club of Gympie will also present it’s Ancient Crafts, Rare Trades Expo again in 2023. Over 40 skilled artisans of heritage crafts will be demonstrating continuously over the weekend – a gathering of makers of the traditional trades and domestic craft of yesteryear who are keen to share their passion and their knowledge. Also, throughout the weekend, catch the Australian Bushcraft Show with consummate showman Stan Ceglinski. Stan was unable to make it in 2021 through Covid border restrictions, but will be with us in 2023!

For Kids: your kids have a rare opportunity to make a take-home memento, using some authentic tools of yesteryear  – under the guidance of renowned bushman,
